নিচের ক্ষেত্রে return বা exchange গ্রহণ করা হবে না:

- গ্রাহকের কারণে ট্রাইপডের পা, ফোন হোল্ডার বা স্টিক ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে
- অতিরিক্ত জোরে স্টিক খোলা, ভাঁজ করা বা ক্লিপ ঘোরানোর কারণে ক্ষতি হলে
- পণ্য পড়ে, ধাক্কা লেগে বা ভারী চাপের কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে
- পানি, তরল বা পরিষ্কারের রাসায়নিকের কারণে LED আলো বা অন্য অংশ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে
- ফোন ঠিকভাবে না বসানোর কারণে হোল্ডার ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে
- পণ্য খোলা, মেরামত বা পরিবর্তন করা হলে
- ব্লুটুথ রিমোট বা অন্য কোনো অন্তর্ভুক্ত অংশ হারিয়ে গেলে
- Original box, invoice, accessories বা packaging অনুপস্থিত থাকলে
Product stock unavailable থাকলে exchange-এর পরিবর্তে approved refund process করা হতে পারে।
